Surf Initiation - Group / Private In this first lesson of initiation we will have a first contact with Surf with fun sessions with the purpose of fomenting interest and liking for the activity. Class of initiation: • Familiarization with the material • Adaptation to the aquatic environment • Knowledge of security rules • Take the take off • Base position • Catch waves without the trainer's help • Cut the waves in the foam to both sides Surf Progression - Group / Private This class is intended for surfers who already know how to cut the wave and are beginning their learning process of maneuvers. Objectives: • Improve the posture and base position of the surf; • Improve sea reading and positioning in water; • Improve or improve top turn, bottom turn and cut back.
