The captain has full discretion to end the trip at any time they feel the safety of passengers has become a concern. The captain has full discretion to dismiss any passenger from the boat at any time during the cruise. If you are visibly intoxicated, you will not be permitted aboard. No refunds are given for behavioral and/or alcohol-related cancellations.
