We do not issue refunds for cancellations and bookings are non-refundable. We reserve the right to cancel any cruise at any time due to weather, safety, mechanical or behavioral issues. The captain has full discretion to end the trip at any time they feel the safety of passengers has become a concern. The captain has full discretion to dismiss any passenger from the boat at any time during the cruise. If you are visibly intoxicated, you will not be permitted aboard. No refunds are given for behavioral and/or alcohol-related cancellations.
