Per USCG regulations, the captain's fee is included in the total price but paid separately. - Safety Briefing: A quick safety orientation will be conducted by the captain prior to departure. - Weather: The Captain has the final say on weather-related cancellations to ensure guest safety. Full refunds or reschedules are provided for dangerous conditions. Guest Conduct - Alcohol: Guests are welcome to bring their own beverages (BYOB). However, the Captain reserves the right to terminate the charter without refund if behavior becomes unsafe. - No Smoking: To protect the premium upholstery, no smoking or vaping is allowed on board. - Stool/Seat Safety: The 4 bar stools are the best seats in the house! For safety, guests must move to the lounge seating if the Captain is navigating through rougher open water. Absolutely no standing on the seats at any time.
