TERMS & CONDITIONS Our company, charters vessels with professional crew (skipper and/or additional crew) to the client (hereinafter referred to as the “Charterer”) for the agreed period. By confirming a reservation or making a payment, the Charterer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and fully accepted these Terms & Conditions. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between the Charterer and our company. 1. Charter Service. The charter includes: - fully equipped and technically sound vessel - professional crew (skipper and, if required, additional crew) - basic safety equipment - basic passenger insurance The charter does NOT include (unless otherwise confirmed by our company): - fuel - food and beverages - entrance fees and additional activities - additional services 2. Prices and Payments All prices are expressed in euros (€) and include VAT. our company offers the following payment options: 100% payment upon booking confirmation The reservation is confirmed only after payment has been received. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. 3. Cancellation and Changes All cancellations must be submitted in writing. In case of cancellation by the Charterer: - more than 30 days before the charter - 50% is retained - less than 30 days - 100% is charged For day charters: - up to 5 days before the start – 30% of the amount is retained, or the date may be rescheduled (subject to availability) - 1 day before the start - 70% of the amount is retained In case of objective reasons (illness, death, etc.), our company may offer: a new date or a voucher. Refunds are not mandatory. 4. Weather Policy The charter operates under normal weather conditions. In case of unsafe conditions (as determined by the skipper), Our company reserves the right to: change the route, postpone the charter, issue a voucher Refunds are not granted due to bad weather. 5. Fuel and Security Deposit Fuel is not included in the charter price. Before booking confirmation, the Charterer will be informed of the estimated fuel cost depending on the desired route. Fuel estimates may vary (e.g. €400 – €1200+) depending on: - route - cruising speed - weather conditions The Charterer acknowledges that: - the estimate is indicative only - the actual cost may be higher or lower Fuel payment: - A fuel advance must be paid in advance, covering the estimated average fuel cost for the booked charter. The final balance will be settled at check-out. - At the start of the day, the Charterer will be shown the fuel level, and it will be checked again at the end of the charter. Fuel is charged based on actual consumption. Security Deposit: A security deposit is mandatory, and the amount depends on the selected vessel. The deposit may be reduced by purchasing deposit insurance. The Charterer accepts that all estimates are indicative and may vary. 6. Check-In and Check-Out The charter starts and ends according to the time specified in the offer. In case of late arrival by the Charterer: the charter duration will not be extended In case of no-show: 100% of the amount will be charged 7. Conduct Onboard The Charterer is responsible for all guests on board. The following is strictly prohibited: - dangerous behavior - excessive alcohol consumption - failure to follow skipper instructions The skipper has the right to terminate the charter without refund in case of: - unsafe behavior - rule violations - endangering safety 8. Skipper Authority The skipper has full authority and responsibility for: - vessel operation - passenger safety The skipper may: - change the route - cancel activities - restrict movement All skipper decisions are final and binding. 9. Maximum No. of Guests The number of persons on board must not exceed the legally permitted maximum. Otherwise, ourc company reserves the right to refuse boarding without refund. 10. Damage and Liability The Charterer is responsible for: - any damage caused by negligence - loss of equipment We reserves the right to charge: - repair costs - additional damages 11. Insurance The vessel is insured in accordance with Croatian law. We are not responsible for: - personal belongings of guests Additional travel insurance is recommended. 12. Route and Itinerary All routes are indicative and depend on: - weather conditions - safety considerations - skipper decisions Changes to the route do not entitle the Charterer to a refund. 13. Complaints Complaints must be submitted: - during the charter - in writing Complaints submitted after the charter may not be considered. 14. Jurisdiction All disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the court in Split, Croatia. Croatian law shall apply. 15. Damage Protection (Optional) The Charterer may purchase an optional Damage Protection service. This service: - reduces the security deposit amount - covers minor damages resulting from normal use It does not cover: - intentional damage - Clogged toilets - gross negligence - violation of skipper instructions - damage caused under the influence of alcohol or drugs We reserves the right to charge full damages in such cases.         SIGNATURE:___________________________
