Following these guidelines will prevent the need for costly repairs that you could be held liable for. A $300 damage deposit per ski will be authorized on the provided credit card prior to departure. This hold will be dropped when the jet ski/s are returned free of damage as determined by staff. You are responsible for the key to the jet ski, losing it will cost a replacement fee of $300. If you cause an accident, YOU are fully responsible and not our company. DO NOT attempt to dock the equipment on land or “beach” it, this can cause damage. Do not drive the equipment near shallow water.  It is critical that you keep the machines at a water level of 4 feet or deeper at all times, even when the machines are not running.  Never pull them up onto the beach.  Always keep a close eye on the equipment even when it is anchored in the water. This will help prevent the possibility of theft and unauthorized use by others in your party such as kids and teenagers.  You are the one being held liable for any damage that could occur. Follow all safety rules for operating watercraft’s while in the water. Our company is not liable for any property damage or personal injury that may result while in possession of our equipment. Make sure you understand the rules and regulations established by each location/lake that you are visiting. As per the rental agreement, the renter is fully responsible for any losses and damages to the watercraft and any other accessories while in their care. All damages must be reported to us immediately.  In the case of damage, the deposit will be retained. After the damage is further accessed by a third party, the deposit amount will be adjusted accordingly and the renter will either be issued a refund or have to pay additional damage costs.  This could include full cost of new replacement watercraft. If the jet ski is returned in unrentable condition, renter agrees to pay us $200 per day until the unit is repaired and available for rent, with a maximum charge of $4,000.
