Terms and Conditions Charterer Added Fees: Charterer will be charged a port fee of 10% and a crew gratuity of 18% on acceptance of the charter. Fees will be collected directly by the yacht manager. A Charter Agreement will be sent via Docusign, required by the USCG Open Bar Service: No BYOB. An open bar service is available aboard the Nerissa yacht. $15 or $25 per person per hour plus 7.75% tax paid in advance of your charter directly to the yacht management company. We offer both Top Shelf Service (water/sodas, craft beer, premium wine & premium branded alcohol) and Standard Shelf Service (water/sodas, domestic beer, house wine & house alcohol). Both levels of service include a bartender. Open bar service is offered in one, two and three hours in duration and is priced per person. Bar service beyond the purchased open bar service duration will be offered as a cash bar service only. Gratuity: A gratuity of 18% is not included in the price of your charter and will be required to pay at time of acceptance of your reservation directly to the management. If you are happy with the bar service during your charter, please consider additional gratuity for the bartender. All rates and fees are subject to change. "Corkage" fee of $250 for any out side food brought onto the yacht. No fee when you use one of our 4 preferred caterers. Absolutely no BYOB. No reservation is considered confirmed or finalized until we receive back a completed “Charter Agreement” that will be provided to you when you make your reservation and payment is made for all fees in full. NO SMOKING on the yacht, inside the yacht, on the deck, bow or patio. No Shoes Policy – Observe yachting etiquette by removing your shoes while aboard. Toilets – Do Not Flush ANYTHING that doesn’t come from your body. This includes toilet paper, hair, floss, sanitary products, etc. Yachts have delicate septic systems and need to be treated very gently. Hot Tub - Only swimsuits allowed, not street clothing. Bring towels. For larger groups the hot tub may not be available.
