Charter Fee - The charter fee includes the yacht rental and crew. - Advanced Provisioning Allowance is mandatory and required to to cover anticipated expenses during the charter, such as supplies for food and beverages, fuel, moorings, and any other costs related to the charter. APA is 4000 euro and will be added to the total cost. If the APA is not fully utilized by the end of the cruise, the remaining balance will be refunded to the client. All receipts of expenses are kept and tracked by captain. Cancellation Policy Cancellation by Charterer: - More than 45 days before departure: Full refund - Between 45 and 30 days before departure: 50% of the charter fee will be refunded. - Less than 30 days before departure: No refund. - Cancellation by Owner: - In the unlikely event the charter is canceled by the owner, a full refund will be provided, or an alternative charter period will be offered. - The owner is not liable for delays or cancellations due to force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, political unrest, pandemics). Itinerary - The itinerary will be customized based on guest preferences and weather conditions. - Final itineraries will be discussed and agreed upon before departure. Guest Responsibilities - All guests must possess valid passports and any necessary visas. - Guests are responsible for their personal belongings and must comply with all yacht and crew instructions for safety and operational procedures. Insurance - It is recommended that all guests obtain travel insurance, including coverage for trip cancellation, medical emergencies, and personal belongings. Liability - The owner and crew are not liable for any injuries, accidents, or losses during the charter, except in cases of gross negligence. Smoking and Pets - Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas. - Pets are not allowed on board. These terms provide a comprehensive overview of the expectations and responsibilities for both the charterer and the yacht owner, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for all parties involved.
