*Cancellations due to weather are at the discretion of the captain at the time of the charter. If we must cancel your trip because of unfavorable or unsafe weather or ocean conditions, you’ll be given the option of rescheduling. If we cannot reschedule, we will give you a full refund. Our Captains have been on the water for years and have a good understanding of our local weather patterns. We call the trip from the dock after thoroughly checking the weather forcast. We always show up regardless of the forecast and see what the weather is at the time of the charter & we rarely cancel our charters due to weather as most of our summertime systems move through and so more than likely it will be perfectly fine to sail! We can move the trip departure time to allow for a passing system to move through as it is always safety first for our guests and we want to make sure we get out on the water. *No shows will be charged the full price.
