- Weather Policy: In case of bad weather, the booking will be rescheduled for the next suitable day (usually the following day). No refunds will be issued due to weather-related changes. - Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, the lost time will be deducted from your tour duration. The tour will still end at the originally scheduled time. - No-Shows: No refunds will be provided if the customer does not show up for the booking. - Safety: A life jacket is included and must be worn at all times during the tour. This is mandatory for all participants. - Rules: Please follow the guide’s instructions at all times to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience. - Damage Policy: The renter is fully responsible for any damage caused to the watercraft during the rental period. If any part of the jet ski is returned broken, damaged, or missing, the renter will be held liable for the full cost of repair or replacement. Please inspect the equipment upon delivery and return to ensure mutual agreement on its condition.
