Rental Terms - Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled departure. Late arrivals will reduce your charter time. - Your charter begins and ends at the scheduled reservation time. Extensions are subject to availability and additional fees. - Safety is our top priority. The captain reserves the right to end the trip without refund if unsafe, illegal, or disruptive behavior occurs. - Weather cancellations due to unsafe boating conditions will be rescheduled or refunded. - Food and beverages are welcome. - Decorations are welcome! Please do not bring glitter, confetti, or use nails, screws, staples, or permanent adhesives. Balloons, banners, flowers, and removable decorations are encouraged. - Hookah is permitted with caution. Guests are responsible for any burns or damage caused. - Red wine is permitted. Guests are responsible for any stains or damage to upholstery or flooring. - Smoking is not permitted inside the cabin. - Shoes may be removed at the captain’s discretion to help protect the boat. - Please treat the vessel with respect and remove all personal belongings at the end of your charter. - An excessive cleaning fee of $100 may be charged if the boat is returned with excessive trash, stains, spills, or conditions requiring additional cleaning beyond normal use. - Any damage to the vessel or its equipment caused during the charter is the responsibility of the booking guest. - Maximum guest capacity must not be exceeded.
