No smoking, glass containers, illegal drugs, reckless operation, or operating under the influence. The renter is responsible for all passengers, equipment, fuel used, and damage occurring during the rental. Please return the boat on time and reasonably clean. Late returns may result in additional fees. Trips may be rescheduled or canceled when weather or water conditions are unsafe, subject to our’s cancellation policies.
