RENTAL TERMS & IMPORTANT POLICIES Weather & Sea Conditions Guest safety is our absolute priority. In the event of adverse weather (strong winds above 20 knots, poor visibility, or rough sea conditions), the captain reserves the right to modify or cancel the trip. In such cases, you will be offered a full rescheduled date or 100% refund. We monitor conditions up to 24 hours before departure and will notify you as early as possible. Cancellation Policy - Cancellations 7+ days before departure: full refund - Cancellations 48–72 hours before: 50% refund - Cancellations under 48 hours: no refund - No-shows: non-refundable Arrival & Boarding Please arrive at the pontoon in front of the Capitainerie, Beaulieu-sur-Mer Marina, 15 minutes before departure. Late arrivals reduce your time on the water — we cannot extend trips due to late boarding. No-shows after 30 minutes without contact forfeit the booking. Capacity Maximum 8 guests. No exceptions — this is a Coast Guard regulation, not a preference. Boat Rules - No smoking inside the cabin - Shoes off on deck - No glass near the swim platform - Guests must follow captain’s instructions at all times - Pets on request only Food & Drinks Guests are welcome to bring food, drinks, and coolers. No outside alcohol for minors. The captain may deny boarding to guests who appear intoxicated. Water Activities Swimming, snorkeling, and paddleboarding are included. All guests swim at their own risk. Life jackets available for all — mandatory for non-swimmers and children. Itinerary The captain has final say on anchoring spots and routing based on conditions and safety. Suggested routes (Cap Ferrat, Villefranche, Monaco) are subject to change. Captain Included A professional licensed skipper is always included. This is a skippered charter — guests do not operate the vessel.
