The beginner Freediving course is aimed to provide basic knowledge of the different Freediving categories, the important rules of behaviour and the safest way to perform freediving while allowing the fastest improvement up to 20 meters deep. The Blue Immersion Free diving team will share their experience of the water and their passion for this activity. The oceans of the world hold an enormous potential for exploration. They present us with an opportunity to explore both the world outside and the world within ourselves.
