Important Policies & Boat Rules We aim to provide a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests aboard our Lagoon 470 catamaran. Weather Policy Safety always comes first. If weather or sea conditions are unsafe, the captain may adjust the itinerary, reschedule the trip, or cancel the cruise. Arrival & No-Show Policy Please arrive on time for departure. Late arrivals may result in reduced cruise time. No-shows or very late arrivals are non-refundable. Safety On Board The captain has full authority regarding navigation and safety. Guests must follow crew instructions at all times. The captain may end the trip early without refund if safety rules are not respected. Boat Rules • Maximum 25 guests per trip • No excessive alcohol consumption or party groups • Respectful behavior toward crew and equipment required • Children must remain under adult supervision Pricing Policy The listed price includes boat rental, crew, and fuel only. Additional mandatory costs apply: • Catering: 500 THB per person (Thai buffet lunch, water, soda, and juice included) • National park fees: 200 THB per person (government fee depending on itinerary) • Platform fees: Prices shown do not include GetMyBoat service commissions. Insurance The vessel is insured, but we strongly recommend guests have their own travel insurance
