All renters must be 18 or older. All renters must have a valid drivers license All renters must take a DNR boat safety test OR have completed a Boating safety course and have the certificate to prove it. The course can be found here where you can take it for FREE! A brief safety course will be given in order to get familiar with the water rules and the jet ski.Renter(s) is/are responsible for all or any damage, repair and labor costs that occur during rental. A deposit of $500 is required on all rentals. This deposit is fully refundable as long as no damages occur. All renters and passengers must sign a rental agreement, release of liability, and waiver forms.
