All sailboat charters are for a maximum of 6 guests and include non-alcoholic beverages . You are welcome to bring your own food and drinks. This is a non-smoking vessel. Sunscreen, sunglasses, and hats will make your experience more enjoyable. You are welcome to bring music as it can be played through our on-board stereo system via bluetooth. S/V Shardana is a professionally maintained, 2017 (Catalina 425) 43-foot Sloop built in the United States by Catalina Yachts, one of the world’s premier yacht builders. Catalina Yachts is a company with a long, successful history and with thousands of sailboats currently in worldwide service. Shardana is documented by the United States Coast Guard and is fully insured, as are our captains. Shardana has three staterooms, full linens, blankets, pillows, towels, a full galley, BBQ grill, two heads (marine bathrooms), full electronics, a generator, air conditioning and heating, lots of cushions to lay out on deck, a dinghy with engine, and all of its safety equipment exceeds USCG minimum requirements. Shardana has been built so you can enjoy your day sail, weekend getaway or extended sailing vacation in luxurious comfort and safety. Your Captain will ensure you and your guests get to relax doing as much… or as little… as you desire. Sailing Shardana is a vacation home on the water. Welcome Aboard! Additional Terms & Information
If the customer cancels a reservation for any reason: In the case of a day charter, we reserve the right to charge the customer the full price of the charter; rescheduling the day charter will be at the sole discretion of the operator. For overnight and multi-night charters cancelled by the customer at least one month ahead of the scheduled charter, Shardana Sailing Charters reserves the right to charge no more than half the full charter price. At our sole discretion, may cancel or reduce the time on the water on a charter due to inclement weather conditions, equipment failure, or circumstances beyond their control. If a charter is canceled, we will make best efforts to reschedule the cruise under the same terms and conditions. We are not responsible for any loss incurred by the customer as a result of a cancellation except for the fees paid to us. In the event we reduce the time on the water, a prorated amount may be calculated for your payment.
