Mandatory fees fuel, cleaning, marina fees are included in your booking price. Gratuity is not included and is at your discretion. - Cancellation Policy: This listing follows a Flexible cancellation policy. Full refunds are available if cancelled within 24 hours, minus the non-refundable GetMyBoat service fee. - Weather Policy: Boating is weather-dependent. The owner reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the trip for safety reasons (high winds, storms, unsafe conditions). If cancelled by the owner due to weather, a full refund or rescheduling options will be offered. - Safety & Requirements: A valid US government-issued photo ID is required for all adult passengers. All operators must comply with local boating regulations. - Capacity: The maximum capacity is 10 passengers. This will be strictly enforced for safety. - Damage Policy: Renters are responsible for leaving the boat in the same condition as received. A security allowance is in place to cover potential damages, to be claimed within 48 hours of trip completion. - Bareboat/Captained Rules: This is a bareboat rental; the Renter must hire a captain from our approved list or prove competency. - Liability Release: By booking, you agree that you are responsible for your own safety on the water and that GetMyBoat acts only as a venue for this rental.
