Renton Lake Escape – Yamaha 242 Limited S Boat for 11 Guests

Boat terms and info: Lifesaving & Safety Equipment Onboard: - 9 Type II PFDs (Life Vests), 2 Type III PFDs (Life Vests) - 1 First Aid Kit, 1 Orange Safety Whistle, 1 Orange Safety Flag, 1 Air Horn - 1 Marine Fire Extinguisher, 1 Kill Switch Lanyard, 1 Paddle - 1 Throwable Flotation Device, 2 Boat Fenders, 4 Dock Lines (15 ft each) 1. Fuel terms - All fuel used must be paid for by the Renter. The boat must be returned with a full fuel tank. If the boat is returned - without being refueled to the original level, an additional flat rate of $45 per hour of your booking length will be charged to cover refueling. 2. Late Returns A late return fee of $2.50 per minute will be applied if the boat is not returned at the agreed time (end of rental period). 3. Security Deposit Security deposit is required. Samer Slim may inspect the equipment up to 5 days after the rental period to assess damage. If damage is identified, the Renter authorizes Samer Slim to deduct the cost of repairs from the security deposit or charge the Renter’s credit card on file. In the absence of damage or additional charges, the security deposit will be refunded to the Renter, less any deductions occur due to misuse. 4. Cancellation Policy If the Renter cancels, changes dates, or shortens the rental period, the following fees apply: - 7+ days before rental date: Full refund - 3–6 days before: 50%: Refund - Less than 72 hours before rental: No refund If the rental is canceled by Samer Slim due to weather or safety concerns, a full refund or credit will be provided. 5. Use Restrictions The Renter agrees to the following: - No use for hire, races, or competitions - No exceeding rated capacity (11 persons or 1,980 Lbs) - No towing other vessels or objects without prior written permission - No illegal activities - No operation by anyone other than the Renter without written permission - Motor must not be removed from the boat 6. Additional Terms & Fees - Red wine, Cheetos, or any red substance are not allowed. Evidence will incur a $100 cleaning fee. - Any food or drink that can stain the seats or boat are not allowed. Evidence will incur a $100 cleaning fee. - Use in salt water is prohibited. If used, a $150 cleaning fee will be charged. - Lost safety equipment will be billed at replacement cost. - If the boat is returned in an excessively dirty condition, a $200 cleaning fee will be applied. 7. Jet Drive Disclosure The Renter acknowledges that jet-driven boats are susceptible to damage if rocks, ropes, tow ropes, anchors, weeds, sand, gravel, or any other foreign objects are drawn into the jet drive or impeller system. The Renter is responsible for operating the vessel in sufficient water depth and avoiding areas containing rocks, gravel, sandbars, vegetation, ropes, or other debris that may be ingested into the jet drive system. If any foreign object is ingested into the jet drive during the rental period, the Renter will have to pay a minimum charge of $600.00 for inspection, debris removal, and/or repair. The Renter further agrees to be financially responsible for all additional repair costs if the total cost exceeds $600.00, including but not limited to damage to the impeller, wear ring, housing, driveshaft, bearings, seals, engine, cooling system, or any related components. Any downtime, towing, recovery, service calls, or delays resulting from a clogged or damaged jet drive(s) are the sole responsibility of the Renter. No additional rental time, extensions, credits, or refunds will be provided due to such an incident.
