Van Dutch 40 Motor Yacht Rental in Saint-Tropez

SCHEDULE DETAILS: Our rentals usually begin at 10:00 AM. However, we understand that our clients may have varying schedules, and we are happy to make arrangements that better suit your needs. The standard rental time is 8 hours, but if you require additional time, we charge an extra 10% of the charter fee for every extra hour. Our crew members are familiar with the area and are available to help you plan a personalized itinerary for your rental day. RATE DETAILS: The daily rate includes the yacht, crew, and equipment, including towels, soft drinks, and water. We charge an Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA) along with the charter fee before taking possession of the yacht. The APA covers all expenses you may incur during the charter, such as fuel, docking at harbors, etc. It represents approximately 50% of the charter fee. At the end of the rental, we will calculate the account with the captain, and any additional APA charges will be billed to your credit card. Please note that any unused APA will be reimbursed to your card. CATERING: The catering menu includes a list of every dish and beverage we can prepare before you get on board. Every dish is homemade with fresh ingredients. Please let us know up to 24 hours before the charter if you would like to order anything. TOYS: You can choose from this list the toys you want on board. Please let us know up to 24 hours before the charter if you would like to book anything. HERE IS OUR CANCELLATION POLICY: • If the cancellation is made more than a month before the date of the charter, there will be full compensation. • If the cancellation is made between 2 weeks and a month before the date of the charter, there will be a 50% compensation. • If the cancellation is made less than 2 weeks before the date of the charter, there will be no compensation. However, please note that if the cancellation is due to weather bad conditions that do not permit safe cruising, there will be full compensation to the client. Please note that a 10% administration fee will be deducted from the refunded amount.
