The space **IMPORTANT NOTICE** This cozy boat will be ANCHORED and thus transportation will be required to travel between land and the vessel. A complimentary water shuttle service is included on your arrival and departure dates ($25 for each additional shuttle with a 30min call out and must be arranged with staff) *PLEASE READ* This is a mechanical boat that's anchored and off-grid. There are times when certain parts do not function as you would normally expect if you were on a land dwelling Air BnB. While we ensure the functionality of everything prior to your stay, there's a possibility that status may change while you're on board. Rest assured, we will work with you remotely or come to the boat and solve any issues that may have occurred. This unique, floating AirBnb offers an incomparable open concept and a lounging space inviting you to get cozy by the warmth of an outdoor gas fire pit or relax in the hammock during the summer. Floating on your anchored oasis, affectionately dubbed the “Floating Love Nest”, you will truly experience being off the grid with a state of the art solar power system that provides you wtih ease as you utilize small appliances (microwave, hair dryer etc.) throughout your stay onboard. You will be moments away from the famous Vancouver Sea Wall for a lovely stroll, or bike that can take you around Stanley Park. If you would prefer to explore by water, please inquire and we would be happy to discuss sightseeing options! This highly sought after, 40 foot long, twin diesel "Cruise-A-Home" has been renovated and redesigned for your comfort and pleasure that comes with modern hotel amenities. WE CARE ABOUT YOUR HEALTH: Due to covid-19, we have raised the standards of cleaning and disinfection on board. We follow Air BnB cleaning guidelines to ensure the space is properly sanitized between bookings. We like to offer an A-La-Carte stay where you choose the amount of amenities you wish to enjoy. This allows us to keep the base price at a reasonable level and affordable for everyone.Guest accessGuests will have access to the whole inside cabin of the boat, with the exception of a small locker in the bow. Guests will also enjoy access to the rooftop patio as well as back patio. Guests will not have access to the engine compartment, nor the side bridges and front anchoring bridge. Those areas are restricted due to risk of falling and slipping.Other things to note1. The ceiling height is of 6' 2" (188 cm) and the mattresses are 72 inches long (+/-). This accommodation might not suit a tall individual. 2. If you stay longer than 3 nights, the host will be checking the water tank levels as well as other systems and fuel to make sure everything runs smoothly and nothing runs out. This could be as often as every 3 days depending on usage and number of occupants. The host will always communicate ahead of time and be considerate of your privacy and preferences. 3. You cannot order food to the boat (such as Uber Eats, Skip the Dishes, Door Dash etc.). Please keep this in mind and plan your food accordingly.     Additional Terms & Information

    Check-in is at 4pm. As the boat is anchored and requires staff to take you to and from the boat, we must have advance notice (24hrs min) if you are requestiing an early or late check-out. There is a $25/hr charge for early or late check-in or check-outs. - Maximum of 4 occupants/guest at anytime on board due to covid restrictions. - Do not touch the breaker panel unless instructed by host. - No access to side bridges and forward anchor area (bow) bridge. - No access to engine compartment room at anytime. - No parties.
