You can also spend a romantic cruise under the moon and stars on your way to dinner at one of Miami's waterfront restaurants like The Wharf, Garcia's Seafood, Casablanca, Seaspice, among others. Cancellation Policy We refund 100% of your money if: - Trip is cancelled 15 days before the scheduled reservation. - In case of “Holidays”: We refund 100% of your money if trip is cancelled 21 days before the schedule reservation (4th of July, Memorial Day, Christmas, NYE or any other specify by the representative during the reservation process) NO SHOW Wait time will be 55 minutes from scheduled time, after this time we will consider it a “NO SHOW” and we’ll apply the related cancellation policy, and no refund will be issue. Non-Cancellable Conditions: If there is a light rain, we will still go out! We do our best to contact our guests as early as possible to let you know if we will be unable to operate any of our scheduled tours. Isolated or Scattered showers, overcast conditions or a forecasted "chance of rain" are not considered cancellable weather conditions (Normal in Miami during summer months; May-Sept). News stories or media coverage that highlight a current event or sensationalize local developments with weather, tourism risks, medical risks, or other travel related "warnings" that are not official state or federal restrictions to travel are not considered cancellable. If you have not received a call and/or email from us prior to boarding, you can assume your tour has not been cancelled. The captain has the final decision in determining if a charter must be rescheduled due to extreme weather. Rain does not constitute grounds for cancellation or rescheduling. Please understand that our crew monitors the weather closely.
