General Rules - Safety First: The person renting the boat is responsible for the safety of all passengers. Always follow all maritime laws and regulations. - Capacity Limit: Do not exceed the maximum number of passengers allowed on the boat, which is X people. This is a strict safety regulation. - Life Jackets: All passengers must wear a life jacket whenever the boat is in motion. We provide life jackets for all sizes. - No Smoking: For your safety and to prevent fire, smoking is not permitted on the boat. - Respectful Behavior: Treat our boat and other boaters with respect. Excessive noise, reckless driving, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated. Operating the Boat - Designated Operator: Only the person who signed the rental agreement is authorized to operate the boat. They must have a valid boating license, if required by law. - Fuel Responsibility: The renter is responsible for the cost of all fuel used during the rental period. - No Nighttime Operation: For your safety, the boat may not be operated after sunset or before sunrise. Unless agreed upon with the owner of the vessel. - Stay in Designated Areas: Do not operate the boat in restricted zones, shallow water, or close to swimming areas. - Reporting Issues: If you notice any mechanical issues or damage during your rental, please contact us immediately. Do not attempt to fix anything yourself. Returning the Boat - On-Time Return: The boat must be returned by the agreed-upon time to avoid late fees. - Cleanliness: Please return the boat in a reasonably clean condition, free of trash and personal belongings. A cleaning fee may be charged for excessive mess. - Damage: The renter is financially responsible for any damage to the boat, its equipment, or propeller during the rental period. - REFUEL THE BOAT WHEN YOUR DONE!!
