Weather & Cancellations - Charters may be rescheduled or refunded in case of unsafe weather (captain’s call). - No shoes onboard (barefoot or boat shoes only). - No smoking inside or outside the yacht - Excessive intoxication, unsafe behavior, or drug use will end the charter without refund. - Guests may bring their own food, drinks, and alcohol (21+ only). - Catering packages available upon request. - Red wine and staining beverages are discouraged to protect upholstery. - Charterer is responsible for all guests and any damages to the vessel. - Please treat the yacht respectfully — this is a luxury vessel.
