Additional Terms & Information
Terms & Conditions 1. Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled booking time. 2. If you are 20 minutes late to your scheduled appointment your ride will be CANCELED with NO REFUND! 3. The owners nor the staff will not be responsible for any lost or stolen personal items, please leave your personal belongs in your car. 4. It is MANDATORY to drive 5 mph in the wake until you are out of the shoreline. 5. If you get pulled over within the shoreline do to speeding and sent back by the water police, YOU WILL not receive a refund. 6. Do not show up 15 minutes outside of your scheduled end time after your ride. You will be charged a late fee of $50.00 7. Life jackets will be given before your ride and MUST be worn the whole time you are on the jet ski. 8. If you take your life jacket off while operating your jet ski rental, your ride will be immediately terminated. 9. Your safety is number one. 10. Anyone under the age of 17 must ride with an adult over the age of 18 11. NO REFUNDS outside of the normal cancel time.
