The itinerary is subject to change depending on weather conditions and safety decisions made by the captain. The captain has full authority to modify the route, ports, and duration of stops to ensure the safety of passengers and crew. Such changes do not constitute grounds for refunds. Check-in and embarkation times must be respected. In case of late arrival or no-show, the booking is considered fully used and no refund will be issued. Food and drinks not purchased on board are not allowed without prior approval. A corkage fee may apply. Guests are responsible for their own safety during off-board activities (e.g. swimming, cycling, excursions). The operator is not liable for injuries or incidents occurring outside the vessel. All cabins include private bathrooms and air conditioning. Daily cleaning and linen changes are not included unless booked as an extra service. By confirming the booking, the client agrees to the cancellation policy and all terms stated above.
