Customers MUST provide notification of cancellation a minimum of 48 hours prior to reservation scheduled start time to receive a full refund or credit. Customers will also receive a full refund or credit in case of cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.. We recognize it's no fun to be on a boat in the rain. There are no refunds for cancellations within 48 hrs of the scheduled start time that are not due to rain, but we are willing to work with you to re-book an appointment or provide a gift certificate for your next outing. There are NO REFUNDS for no shows.
