Food can be catered and delivered to the boat from Little Nicki's Italian Restaurant at https://www.littlenickispizzerianj.com/ The electric VOLT design is inspired by the gracious Picnic Boat that sailed the Atlantic Yacht Basin in Great Bridge, Virginia in the 1950s. Easy to drive! “Boat” Endorsement on Driver's License is NOT required. Renter/Captain must: - be a minimum of 21 years of age. - present a NJ Boater Safety Certificate (“Boat” Endorsement on Driver's License not required, as motor is electric). - be sufficiently fluent in the English language to understand navigational signs, charts, communicate instructions      and signals, respond to official inquiries, and to accept agreements, documents and instruction regarding rental and safety training. All rentals receive our pre-rental instruction and review of NJ boating regulations; all boaters must comply with all federal and state boating laws, including those specific to Lake Hopatcong.   If you do not have your NJ Boater Safety Certificate, we can help! There are several ways for you to get your NJ Boater Safety certificate: 1) You can find an in person exam and class at https://thinkboatingsafety.com/classes-by-location/ 2) You can take an online class.  Upon completion, you will need to take an in-person exam; exam dates can be found at https://www.boat-ed.com/newjersey/sign-up/   If you have any questions, we can answer those through GetMyBoat’s messaging platform before you pay.
