Rental Terms and Onboard Rules To ensure everyone's safety and the proper maintenance of the boat, please review the following operational terms: - Cancellation Policy: Bookings may be cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled departure time. Beyond this deadline, no refunds will be issued. - Damage to the Boat or Equipment: In the event of damage to any items onboard or to equipment provided on loan, an assessment will be made immediately. Any costs incurred must be settled right after the tour. For this purpose, we reserve the right to request a valid ID and credit card details as a guarantee. - Skipper's Authority: The skipper is the commander of the boat. It is mandatory to strictly follow all of their instructions throughout the duration of the excursion. - Onboard Conduct: We require respectful and polite behavior toward the crew, other guests, and the vessel. Failure to comply with onboard rules or the commander’s instructions gives the skipper the right to terminate the tour at any time, without any refund to the client. - Weather and Sea Conditions: In case of adverse weather or sea conditions, we will contact you in a timely manner to inform you of any necessary changes to the schedule, offer an alternative date, or proceed with a cancellation if rescheduling is not possible. In such cases, the eligibility for a refund (whether partial, full, or none) will be determined based on the specific situation.
