GOOD TO KNOW - Please arrive on time — late arrivals may shorten your trip. - Gratuity is not included, a 10% charge will be held the day of the experience. - A refundable security deposit is required on a credit card prior to departure. The deposit will be fully refunded once the boat returns to the dock in the same condition. REFUND & WEATHER POLICY - Full refund if cancelled 7 days prior to your trip. - 100% refund or reschedule in case of unsafe weather conditions (heavy rain or strong winds). IMPORTANT – BAREBOAT CHARTER This is a bareboat charter, meaning full control and responsibility of the vessel is transferred to the renter during the rental period. The yacht is for pleasure use only — no commercial activity permitted. You may choose your own qualified captain (with proper Canadian certifications and experience). Please inform us before booking if you have one so you are not charged a captain fee. If you do not have a qualified operator, an independent captain can be selected and paid separately through GetMyBoat in accordance with their policy.
