Cancellation Policy - Cancellations made 5 days after booking : eligible for rescheduling or refund (minus processing fees) - Cancellations within 72 hours: non-refundable - No-shows: non-refundable Weather Policy In the event of unsafe weather conditions, the charter may be rescheduled at no additional cost. Safety decisions are made at the captain’s discretion. Arrival & Late Policy Guests are required to arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in reduced charter time without refund, as bookings are scheduled back-to-back. Capacity & Safety - Maximum of 12 guests allowed onboard - All guests must follow safety instructions given by the captain and crew - Life jackets and safety equipment are provided onboard Conduct & Damages Guests are expected to behave respectfully. Any damage to the vessel, equipment, or excessive cleaning required may result in additional charges. Illegal substances, unsafe behavior, or failure to follow crew instructions will result in immediate termination of the charter without refund. Food & Drinks Outside food and beverages are allowed unless otherwise arranged. Catering services are available upon request. Liability Waiver All guests board and participate at their own risk. My crew and I are not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings. Captain Authority The captain has full authority at all times regarding safety, navigation, and conduct onboard.
