Just good vibes. 🧊 Coolers & Ice We’ve got coolers and ice ready for you, so no need to bring your own. Just pack your drinks and snacks, and we’ll help you get everything set up when you arrive. ☀️ Sunscreen Reminder Spray sunscreen isn’t allowed on the boat (it damages the seats), so if you brought any, please apply it before boarding. Lotion-based sunscreen is totally fine once you’re on the water. 💸 About Tips Our crew works hard to give you a top-tier experience, and like servers or bartenders, they rely on tips. If you haven’t already added one, feel free to tip your crew at the end of the trip. It’s always appreciated. 🙏 Cancellation Policy Customers will receive a full refund or credit with 48 hours notice of cancellation. Customers will also receive a full refund or credit in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Contact us by phone to cancel or inquire about a cancellation.
