We like to pride ourselves on a more personal fishing experience, whether you are a novice or seasoned angler, you are our first priority. Full refund up to 15 days prior.

Additional Terms & Information

Terms and Conditions: A deposit must be received by the above due date to guarantee your charter. Charter will be cancelled without notice if a deposit is not received. Any group that does not show up will forfeit all monies. If you need to cancel AND to be eligible to receive a refund, a notice of cancellation must be given at least 15 days prior to your charter departure date. Any trip cancellations less than 15 days from the departure date will not receive deposit. The captain has the right to cancel a trip in the interest of safety to the passengers/crew. If this happens, the charter group will be responsible for all reasonable costs. The captain may cancel a charter without refund if it is determined that any member of the charter is intoxicated/under the influence of drugs, possessing illegal drugs (including medical marijuana), acts in an unruly or threatening manner. Any trip cancelled in advance by the captain due to weather, may be rescheduled if dates are available.
