Cancellation Policy for our Services: This Cancellation Policy ("Policy") is applicable to all bookings made with us. By engaging in our services, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions: Cancellations more than 30 days prior to arrival date: A full refund will be issued. Cancellations between 29 and 11 days prior to arrival date: 50% of the total amount will be charged. Cancellations between 10 days and the tour date: The full amount will be charged. No-show: In the case of a no-show, the full amount will be charged. Bad Weather Conditions: In the event of adverse weather conditions preventing the tour and if it is not possible to reschedule, a full refund will be provided. Communication of Cancellation or Change: Any cancellation or change must be communicated directly to US. Refund Conditions: All refunds will be processed net of any bank charges or fees incurred during the transaction.
