RENTAL CONDITIONS — EGADI BOATING EXCURSION: The reservation of the excursion/rental is confirmed upon receipt of the payment.Free cancellation by email to info@egadiboating.com up to 14 days before the service.Cancellation with a refund of 50% by email to info@egadiboating.com within 14 days and up to 7 days before the service.Variation of the requested service (excursion/rental) without refund within 7 days and up to 2 days before the service SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY and linked to the services offered on Www.egadiboating.com.In the event of adverse weather conditions that do not allow, at the assessment of Egadi Boating, the performance of the service, the customer will be entitled to a full refund of the service OR to the possibility of agreeing a new date (subject to availability) for the service. The excursion program may vary at the discretion of the skipper based on weather conditions or other navigation or mooring needs. Egadi Boating will in no way be responsible for program changes, stops, waste of time and/or interruptions deriving from initiatives or decisions taken by the skipper to protect the safety of navigation. The departure time of the excursion must be respected as agreed during booking.
Delays of more than 15 minutes are not allowed (prior telephone communication) under penalty of loss of the excursion without any refund.Skipper service included in the price (prior selection). In the case of WITHDRAWAL by the RENTER, due to force majeure or other reasons that are strictly personal, unpredictable, and unforgivable (e.g. health problems), the RENTER will immediately notify the RENTER and will propose an alternative to the Customers where possible so as not to change the means of transport used to reach the boarding (and starting again at the disembarkation); or, the renter may choose to be reimbursed the amount paid without requesting any penalty from the renter. Egadi Boating undertakes to make the boat available to Guests in perfect clean and efficient conditions, in compliance with current regulations and complete with all the safety equipment required for the type of navigation that will be carried out. The guest is committed to informing Egadi Boating, in confidence, of any health problems, allergies to drugs or food or other specifications personal needs. Each participant is the exclusive guardian of their personal objects and effects and is personally responsible for them in case of theft, loss or damage. It is also responsible for damage caused to the boat by malicious, negligent behavior or contrary to the provisions and instructions given by the skipper. Egadi Boating declares that it has subscribed to legal insurance. The guest embarks with full awareness of the risks and dangers that an excursion by boat may entail. In the event of an accident not dependent on the responsibility or fault of the skipper, the same cannot retaliate or request compensation either from the skipper or from Egadi Boating. If he is unable to swim or has other personal impediments, the Guest undertakes to inform the skipper and to accept every precaution he will decide to implement to protect his safety and safety. The guest declares to have been informed and to be well aware of the characteristics of the excursion, those of the boat and the number of people who they may be boarded in the same. It is the right of the skipper, for the protection of Guests and for the safety of the trip, to disembark anyone who behaves incorrectly, is not appropriate to the orderly conduct of the excursion or to a peaceful and disciplined coexistence, causes damage or harassment to other Guests or, in any way, jeopardizes their peace of mind and safety. The luggage carried on board must be limited and essential, contained in space-saving bags, such as to allow it to be stowed. For any and all disputes deriving from this contract, the Court of TrapaniPrivacy will be exclusively competent: the data provided on the occasion of this contract will be kept and processed by Egadi Boating (as data controller) exclusively for contractual and accounting purposes, in full compliance with the Code regarding the protection of personal data referred to in Legislative Decree no. 193/2003. The signing of this contract constitutes consent on the part of the Renter, even in the name and on behalf of the Guests, pursuant to art. 26 of the above-mentioned Legislative Decree, to the above-mentioned data processing, declaring that they have been fully informed of their rights pursuant to art. 13 of the aforementioned Legislative Decree no. 193/2003 .
