Your charter time begins and ends at the scheduled booking time. Please arrive 15 to 20 minutes early to ensure a smooth departure. Late arrivals may result in reduced time on the water. Fuel policy: fuel is not included in the booking price. A flat fuel fee will be collected prior to departure based on your charter duration: - 3 Hours - $100 - 4 Hours - $ 150 - 5 Hours - $175 - 6 Hours + = $200 This allows for a seamless experience with no surprises after your trip. Captain and crew: A licensed captain will be provided (bareboat compliant) the captain is responsible for the safety of all passengers in the vessel. Gratuity: Gratuity is not included, but it's greatly appreciated. Industry standard is 15 to 20% of the total booking cost for excellent service. Prohibited items: To maintain the quality of the vessel, the following are not allowed on board: Red wine or staining beverages, illegal substances, smoking inside the cabin. Weather policy: Safety is our top priority. In the event of unsafe, weather conditions, we will work with you to reschedule or provide a suitable solution. Cleanliness and damages: Guess are expected to treat the vessel with care and excessive cleaning or damages may result in additional charges.
