1. The captain is the only one who can cancel a charter do to weather. 2. If clients show up late, we will not add time at the end of the charter. 3. If clients are a no show for any reason, no monies will be returned. 4. No illegal drugs allowed on yacht 5. If client wants to drink red wine, special permission has to be obtained before coming to the yacht. RED WINE PERMANTLY STAINS MOST MATERIALS ON A BOAT.
