Booking Policies Your safety and enjoyment are our top priorities. All charters are captained and limited to a maximum of six (6) guests. - Weather: Charters may be rescheduled or refunded if the captain determines that weather or water conditions are unsafe. Light rain does not automatically result in cancellation. - Arrival: Please arrive 15–20 minutes before your scheduled departure. Charters begin and end at the reserved time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened trip without a refund. - Cancellations: Cancellations made at least 72 hours before the scheduled charter will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 72 hours are non-refundable unless canceled by the captain due to unsafe weather conditions. - Safety: The captain’s decisions regarding safety, navigation, and weather are final. All passengers must follow the captain’s instructions throughout the charter. - Alcohol & Smoking: Guests 21 years of age and older may bring alcoholic beverages and food. No illegal drugs are permitted. Smoking or vaping is only allowed in designated areas and at the captain’s discretion. - Boat Rules: No red wine, glass containers (if restricted by the captain), fireworks, weapons, or illegal substances are permitted onboard. Guests are responsible for any intentional or negligent damage to the vessel. - Children: Children are welcome but must be supervised by an adult at all times. Properly sized life jackets will be provided as required. - Pets: Small pets may be permitted with prior approval. - Cleanliness: Please help us keep the yacht clean and in excellent condition for all guests. - Respect: We strive to provide a luxury experience. Guests who engage in unsafe, illegal, or disruptive behavior may have their charter terminated without a refund. Our goal is to provide a five-star luxury experience from the moment you step aboard until you return to the dock.
