Cancellation & Weather Policy Under the operator's published policy, deposits and payments are non-refundable. If weather conditions prevent safe navigation, the charter may be rescheduled at no additional cost. Booking Changes Changes to the charter date or booking holder must be requested at least 15 days in advance and are subject to availability. Arrival & Safety Please arrive 30 minutes before departure. A maximum 15-minute arrival tolerance applies. Guests must follow crew instructions and are responsible for damage caused to the yacht or its equipment. The operator is not responsible for lost personal belongings. What's Included Captain, deckhand, fuel for the standard itinerary, paddleboard, floating water mat, snorkeling equipment, ice, bottled water, and welcome soft drinks are included. Guests may bring their own food and beverages. Additional Fees A dock fee may apply. Dock 2 currently lists approximately MXN 20 per person. Parking and crew gratuities are not included. A 5–10% gratuity is recommended. Marina fees may change.
