CANCELLATION We reserves the right to cancel any booking made. In the event that we cancels the booking, all deposits or payments will be returned to the client or we will offer the possibility of a rebooking of the experience. We rarely cancel, but in some cases it is unavoidable. Cancellations will generally onlý occur due to bad weather, sea conditions, mechanical failure or sudden illness leading to a shortage of qualified crew. CANCELLATION BY THE CUSTOMER Once a deposit is made, the trip is guaranteed and as such we cannot accept reservations for the same time slot. Because of this we will not refund any amount or deposit already made in the event of cancellation by the client. Should the client wish to change the date or time of the experience, we will attempt to comply, but in the event that this is not possible, then no refund will be issued, and the original booking will remain firm.
