BOOKING CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS - All changes or cancellations before 5 business days prior to the date and time of the booked activity will be 100% refundable or reschedules will not be penalized - All changes or cancelations between 5 business days before the tour can be reschedule without penalization but will not be refundable. - If the client does not show up at the meeting point to start the activity on the scheduled time, or is late at the scheduled time of transportation pick up, booking will be considered “No Show”, there will be no refund or change on the date of the activity. BOOKING CHANGES OR CANCELLATIONS DUE TO CLIMATE CONDITIONS - If Marina Chac Chi cancel the fishing activity, snorkeling or sightseen charter due to climate conditions, a 100% refund will be applied or change of date without any penalization charges.
