50% Refund on cancellations prior to 15 days of rental date. The trip will be fully charged within 15 days of the trip date. Cancellations on behalf of the captain due to unsafe weather conditions, will result in full refund. Full payment is required  within 14 days of your charter date. It is understood by both parties that providing deposit or payment, represents  an agreement of these terms. If you cancel your charter outside 14 days of the trip date, a 50% cancellation and booking fee will be discounted from your refund. If cancelled within 14 days of the trip date, you will forfeit your deposit and all amounts paid will be considered due , collectible and non-refundable. The customer may reschedule trip for a future available date. 787 Yachts may cancel booked charters anytime for any reason in which our customers will receive a full refund or will be re-accommodated. 787 Yachts does not operate in unsafe weather conditions, but a light rain shower is not a deterrent. The Captain will assess the weather and should the Captain determine that the conditions are unsafe to run the charter, the charter may be rescheduled or it will be canceled. If a trip is canceled by 787 Yachts for any reason, you will have the option of receiving a voucher for a future trip or receiving a full refund. Please note that failure to show for the reserved trip without cancellation will result in no refund.
