Wata Vibes – Luxury Carver Motor Yacht | Washington, DC

We want everyone to have a fun, safe, and enjoyable experience aboard Wata Vibes. Please help us take care of the yacht by following these rules: - Rates: $600/hour, min 2 hours. Gas and captain fee $500 flat rate fee. - Capacity: 18 people - No drugs or smoking. Vaping is permitted only in designated outdoor areas and at the captain’s discretion. - Shoes off aboard the yacht. Please be prepared to remove your shoes before boarding. - No swimming, diving, or jumping from the yacht. - Food is welcome! Please help us keep Wata Vibes beautiful by cleaning up after yourself and avoiding foods that may cause excessive stains or mess. - No red wine. Other permitted beverages are welcome; please drink responsibly. - Please place all trash in the provided containers. - Guests must follow the captain’s instructions at all times for everyone’s safety. - Please respect the yacht, furnishings, equipment, and other guests. Guests may be responsible for damage or excessive cleaning caused by their group - Cancellation: Cancellations made 5 days or more before the scheduled charter receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 5 days before departure are subject to the applicable booking/cancellation. - Weather: Your safety comes first. Light rain or cloudy weather does not automatically cancel a charter. If the captain determines conditions are unsafe due to severe weather, high winds, storms, or other unsafe conditions, we will work with you to reschedule your charter to another available date. If the captain cancels and rescheduling is not possible, the applicable refund terms will apply. - Late arrivals: Please arrive early and be ready to depart at your scheduled time. Your reservation begins at the originally scheduled time, even if your group arrives late. Late arrival does not extend the charter or reduce the price because another charter may be scheduled afterward. - No-show: Guests who fail to arrive for their scheduled charter without prior cancellation will be considered a no-show and will not receive a refund. - Safety: Wata Vibes reserves the right to end a charter early for dangerous, disruptive, illegal, or unsafe behavior.
