DRIVER REQUIRED - $50 per individual booking, regardless of the length of the booking [many customers who also rent a boat, will hire a driver to drive passengers on the jet ski and to pull tube riders].  Jet ski will meet the boat wherever the boat is departing from.   RULES - All drivers must be 18 years old or over.  - ALL DRIVERS BORN AFTER 1 SEPTEMBER 1993 MUST HAVE A TEXAS BOATERS SAFETY CARD.  This is state law and there are NO EXCEPTIONS.  You can go to the following link below and take the course and test online for only $11, I do not believe you will find a cheaper price.  https://courses.boatus.org/categories/type/course-group-1 - A valid drivers license is required to rent along with your Texas boaters safety card [if you were born AFTER 1 September 1993], which must both be physically provided at the time of the rental. - You must refill the jet ski with the same amount of fuel it was rented out in, which is a full tank unless you begin your rental at some other starting point on the lake.  You may use your deposit to pay for gas used.  There is no markup or surcharge if you prefer to do this.  Right now gas is approximately $4.25 a gallon at the marinas and the jet ski holds 13.2 gallons.  - NO ONE operating the jet ski may consume any alcohol four [4] hours prior to being an operator or at any tine while operating the jet ski.  If you are found to have consumed alcohol while renting the jet ski your reservation will immediately be cancelled and NO DEPOSIT will be refunded - Anyone caught breaking any rules listed on the waiver/contract once making a reservation, or laws governing the lake or state, will be subject to having their reservation IMMEDIATELY TERMINATED AND NO DEPOSIT WILL BE REFUNDED - This is NOT ALL of the rules.  Once you make a confirmed booking you will be sent a more detailed list of the rules to read over and sign.                                                                   2023 PRICING   JUNE SPECIAL MONDAY AND TUESDAY FULL DAY RENTAL 10 AM - 6 PM $250 [$31.25 hr.] ONLY AVAILABLE ON MONDAY AND TUESDAY AND ONLY AVAIABLE AT STEWART CREEK PARK   WEEKDAYS [Monday - Thursday] 10 AM  - 2 PM $180 [$45.00 hr.]    3 PM  -  7 PM $225 [$56.25 hr.]  10 AM -  6 PM $325 [$40.63 hr.]  SPECIAL RATES LISTED ABOVE MUST BE BOOKED DURING THOSE SPECIFIED TIMES  You may also rent by the hour between 9 AM - 8 PM for $65 per hr., with a 2 hr. minimum.  Rent for 5 hours and get the 6th hour FREE. HOLIDAYS ARE CONSIDERED WEEKENDS FOR PRICING PURPOSES, REGARDLESS OF THE DAY THEY MAY FALL ON   WEEKENDS [FRIDAY - SUNDAY] 10 AM  -  2 PM $200 [$50.00 hr.]     3 PM  -  7 PM $250 [$62.50 hr.]   10 AM  -  6 PM $350 [$43.75 hr.]  SPECIAL RATES LISTED ABOVE MUST BE BOOKED DURING THOSE SPECIFIED TIMES  You may also rent by the hour between 9 AM - 8 PM for $75 per hr., with a 2 hr. minimum.  Rent for 5 hours and get the 6th hour for FREE.    REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS   - You will received a FULL REFUND if you cancel MORE THAN 14 DAYS PRIOR TO THE RENTAL.  If you cancel within 14 days of your rental you will NOT receive a refund unless the jet ski is able to be rented out for the same day and time slot for which you are cancelling for, then you will be issued a full refund. - If there is inclement weather [which is any lightning in the immediate vicinity of the lake, or if it is raining very hard] AND for MORE than half the time slot for which you rented for, then you will receive a credit for another day NOT a refund [example; If you rented from 9-2:30 and there is inclement weather from 10 AM until 12:30 or later than you would receive a credit towards a future rental.  If there was inclement weather from 10 AM until 11 AM and then the weather was good you would receive no credit].  Overcast and light rain is NOT considered inclement weather.
