I recently booked a mega catamaran through GetMyBoat for the Avidex Industries 2025 Presidents Club retreat, and I can confidently say it was one of the highlights of our entire trip—thanks in large part to Brenda Herrera! From the moment we connected, Brenda was incredibly friendly, professional, and thorough. She made the entire booking process seamless and took care of every single detail—from coordinating transportation, to arranging a delicious menu and premium open bar, to ensuring the crew was fully briefed on our group’s needs. Speaking of the crew… they were absolutely phenomenal! Warm, engaging, attentive, and full of great energy. Amazing day seeing the arch and Lovers Island, etc! The boat was perfect - We had a large crew of 20 for a family reunion and there was more than enough space in the sun and in the shade for everyone! What a fun crew - they were very knowledgeable about all the sites and super fun! The food was great also. We got a great show from a pod of dolphins to finish out our day!

Free cancellation up to 20 days before your trip.

- Cancellation Policy:- 20 or more days prior to the charter date: 100% full refund. - 15 to 11 days prior to the charter date: 50% refund. - 10 to 0 days prior to the charter date (including last-minute cancellations or no-shows): No refund. - Weather Policy: In the event of severe weather conditions or if the Port Authority (Capitanía de Puerto) closes the harbor to navigation, your charter will be rescheduled based on availability. If rescheduling is not possible, a 100% full refund will be issued. - No-Show & Late Arrivals: The charter time starts at the scheduled time agreed upon booking. Please arrive 15–20 minutes prior to departure. Late arrivals will not extend the charter duration. No-shows will be charged the full amount without a refund. - Safety & Boarding Rules: For safety and boat care, all guests must remove their shoes prior to boarding (barefoot charter). Life jackets will be provided and must be worn if required by the captain. - Guest Conduct: Illegal substances, underage drinking, and reckless behavior are strictly prohibited. The captain has the absolute authority to terminate the charter immediately without a refund if any guest jeopardizes the safety of the vessel, crew, or other passengers. - Gratuity: Crew gratuities (tips) are not included in the rental price but are highly appreciated for excellent service (customary 15%–20%). -
