In case of bad weather we will ref the 100% of the amount or we will try to change the day if is possible for us and for our customer. In case of no show from the customers the refund it will not be carried out. The tour start from the moment we deal the time of start so if we we Decide to start at 9am if the clients are late we will always come back at 4pm 7 hour tour. boat rules will be explained from the captain the day of the tour.
