Sec. 86B.306 MN Statutes - How do I get a Minnesota Watercraft Operators Permit? - Option 1: 180 day temporary permit - Option 2: Permanent / Lifetime Minnesota permit - https://boattests101.com/united-states/minnesota - Please note that these legislative changes are confusing: a very similar boating law passed at the same time which requires a watercraft operator's permit based on age, phase-in time until 2028, to ensure every boater born after July 1, 1987 to operate their own / private watercraft. Daniel met us right at the dock and had the boat ready to go. The boat was clean and in excellent condition. We had no problems at all. On the return he met us right back at the dock and made the process really easy for getting back to shore. Highly recommend!

Daniel (& brother) were clear and upfront with expectations. They were very accommodating and calm demeanors, making us feel at ease with the entire experience. They did an inspection of the boat with us pre-launch, and pointed out things to be aware and known ‘flaws’ e.g. little scratches, etc. Our only regret was not renting it for the entire day. 😀
