No guarantees on weather, wildlife, or destinations. 3. Illegal Substances & Conduct Illegal drugs and activities void rental with no refund and will be reported. Disorderly guests may be removed at their expense. 4. Liability Renters are fully responsible for damages, fuel, cleaning, and towing, payable immediately at retail cost if beyond the deposit. 5. Timing & Extensions Rental starts at the agreed time. Extensions are at the owner's discretion and must be pre-approved. 6. Safety Rules Non-swimmers may need life jackets—inform the operator. Unsafe disabilities may prevent participation. Guests must board independently. 7. Children Guardians must provide USCG-approved life jackets for kids under 6. Adults must outnumber children. 8. Cancellations Refunds for extreme weather only (e.g., hurricanes). No refunds for rain or missed destinations.
