While researching boat rentals for a party of 11, we had a few hiccups. We booked something on Viator and then our reservation was canceled and the owner wanted more money. I found this listing on get my boat and Jesed communicated with me the entire time we were able to renegotiate a little bit longer of a boat tour without the jet ski for the same price, and she was totally accommodating when I asked if she could provide a bottle of pineapple juice for my daughter who is six years old, who does not drink soda. Our captain and crew member were awesome. They took us to swim and snorkel in a spot and then they took us over to the island where we were able to get off and go shopping. This was a highlight of our trip, to be able to have a private boat take us out for the day. It was memorable and we had a blast. If you’re ever in the Cancun area definitely reach out to Dino and Jesed they are the real deal. there were no hidden fees either they told us to make sure we had our $12 per person for the dock fee and then we graciously tipped our captain and crewmember. Another important thing is if you need transportation from your hotel to the marina, she can also organize that for you and our driver was awesome. Can’t speak highly about this enough!

Drive out…island time with a floating mat, paddle board and snorkel equipment for the kids. On the way back we were met with our jet ski…kids (6 and 9) had an absolute blast and were exhausted by the end of it. Perfect day!

Once we got on the yacht, Captain Erik and the crew were amazing—super friendly, professional, and made us feel safe and welcome throughout the trip. The ride to Isla Mujeres was beautiful, with stunning views and a super relaxing atmosphere. Snorkeling was definitely a highlight! The water was crystal clear and we saw so many colorful fish. We had a great time I brought my family here my wife and three boys 9 10 and 12 years old we fished half the day and hung out on the beach and did water activities the other half with snorkeling and water activities will definitely be back soon
