Regarding the schedule: • Day charters begin at 9.30 am and finish at 7.00 pm. (The schedule can be adjusted according to the departure port.) • Yachts that accept a half day charter can welcome you in the morning from 9.00 am to 1.00 pm or in the afternoon from 2.00 pm to 7.00 pm. We strive every day to provide the best experience for our customers. However, we understand that plans may change and unforeseen circumstances can arise. Below is our booking and cancellation policy: 1. Fuel Upon embarkation, a predefined route must be selected for each boat, and the fuel cost must be paid in advance. If the route exceeds the agreed distance, the additional fuel cost must be paid upon returning to port. 2. Cancellations in Advance If the cancellation is made more than 30 days in advance of the rental date and for justified reasons, 100% of the amount paid will be refunded. If the cancellation is made 30 days or less in advance of the rental date, no refund will be issued. 3. Cancellations due to weather conditions or force majeure If weather conditions prevent navigation (storms, strong winds, official warnings), the rental can be rescheduled at no extra cost, depending on the situation and availability. In cases of force majeure (natural disasters, port closures, government restrictions), each case will be evaluated individually to offer a fair solution. 4. No-show If the customer does not show up at the agreed time and has not informed us in advance, no refund will be issued, and the total rental price must be paid in full. 5. Rescheduling The rental can be rescheduled with at least 30 days' notice, subject to availability.
